某一天喬伊在Facebook的即時動態訊息中看到了一部影片，片名是很簡單的幾個字 - 『I Love Taiwan 我愛台灣』
，或許是因為心中對我愛台灣這幾個字都會產生一些共鳴，右手的食指已經不自覺的將影片播放了。影片一開始播放的時候，是由一位在台灣工作8年的外國人 -
Shaun，在台中望高寮的夜景公園上做出雙臂比大V的姿勢，接下來的影片都是由Shuan在台灣看到的點點滴滴匯集而成，片中Shuan用有點不標準的外國腔調一個字一個字的唸出他
對台灣的熱愛，此時喬伊心中愛台灣的火苗已經被點燃了，然後蔓延到達無法收拾的地步了XD。

看完『我愛台灣 I Love
Taiwan』的影片後讓喬伊感到很熱血，第一個想找的地方是觸發Shaun靈感的大V姿勢銅像在哪裡？試了一下Google搜尋，又再次讓我體驗到『Google搜尋』的力量有多強大，簡單幾個關鍵字就順利把銅像放置的地方找到了，位於台中惠中路與市政路交接處，就在聯聚芳庭大廈的正前方。

My name is Shaun. I have a crazy idea, but I can’t do it by myself. I need your help.
我是Shaun。我有一個很瘋狂的主意，可是我自己一個人沒辦法完成。我需要你們的幫忙。
I have created this website because this event has really taken off, I think it is better for me to communicate with you all using this site. When I post something onto the Facebook group I worry it will get lost and pushed to the bottom of the page too quickly.
活動已經如火如荼的進行中，每當我在臉書的社團上放消息，我很擔心消息會很快的不見或是跑到最下面，所以我架設了一個網頁，對我來說使用此網頁來和你們溝通會比較好。
I launched this project on Monday April 23rd and in the space of 5 days it has received massive attention. Over 300,000 hits on YouTube and more than 20,000 members over on Facebook. Thank you all so much for everything so far. I am moved to tears by your response.
我在4月23日星期一發佈活動，在短短的五天內就引起如此大的迴響。YouTube上超過30萬的點閱率，臉書社團成員也超過2萬名。感謝目前大家所做的每件事。你們的回應讓我感動落淚。
But, we still have a long way to go and it is you out there that will make this event happen. Remember, like I said in the video, I am only one person, I can’t do it by myself. I need your help.
